By using RecruitHQ360 ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using RecruitHQ360, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RecruitHQ360 is a sports recruiting intelligence platform that connects student athletes with college coaches. Features include coach search, recruiting questionnaires, news feeds, and social media management tools.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our coach database without permission
• Post false or misleading recruiting information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated bots or scrapers against our platform
• Violate NCAA, NAIA, or other athletic association rules

5. Social Media Features

• You are responsible for all content posted through connected social accounts
• You must comply with X (Twitter) and Meta's terms of service
• You authorize RecruitHQ360 to post content on your behalf only when explicitly requested
• We are not liable for content posted through your connected accounts

6. Subscriptions and Payments

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for unused plans
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Intellectual Property

RecruitHQ360 and its content are owned by RecruitHQ360. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Coach contact data is licensed for personal recruiting use only.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that coach contact information is accurate or up to date. We are not responsible for outcomes of recruiting processes.

9. Limitation of Liability

RecruitHQ360 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
